Abs of Cheese

Three days ago I made the mistake of doing about 40 situps and 25 pushups. My stomach is still so sore that it hurts to laugh and I have to get up from a sitting or lying position like an old man. And the area where one would normally expect to find their pectoral muscles is also very painful and sore. I seriously just had Thao give me a chest massage (ah, marriage!). I am a well-oiled machine, I will tell you that.

    did 60 pushups this am. I found this mind trick….whatever amount you want to do, count to half that amount and then count down. For me it helps me not think about how many im doing at a time and therefore getting tired. Try counting to 15 and then back down.
