. . . know anything about this photo? Where it came from? What was going on? Etc.?

I’ve seen it several times on the internet and I think it is hilarious and would love to know the story behind it. I can’t even imagine what it might be. Anyone? Anyone?

    I am going to Bali from the 16th Jan 2010 for 7 nights. Four nights in Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua then Three nights in the Bali hyatt Sanur,cant wait.Your photos from christmas 2008 inspired me to try these hotels and Im sure it will be worth it.
