That’s my friend Katie and her two boys, Indo Seven (grimacing) and Suwannee Moss (looking sweet)!  I am not sure why they’re both Robin with no Batman.  Maybe they couldn’t agree on who got to be Batman so Katie and Travis (Yo!  SBT!  What up?!?) made them both be Robin.  Or maybe some of their friends had the Batman thing covered already.  Anyway, great photo and Katie has to be in the running for the coolest mom ever!

Meanwhile, here in Vietnam:  My friend Sharla and her friends Beth and Jennifer are supposedly coming back to Vietnam today at 2:40pm.  I’m meeting them at the airport and we’ll get them all checked into their hotel, etc., before heading out and about in HCMC.  I’m bummed that their return to Vietnam was delayed by a day due to their visa issue.  Means I’ll see them a lot less than I thought/hoped.  Oh well, at least they weren’t sent back to Korea like some people I know have been.

We’ll cruise around HCMC a little bit and go out to dinner with Thao tonight.  They are supposed to fly out to Hong Kong tomorrow – and then back to the U.S.  I wish they could extend their trip and stay a couple of days longer, but it’s unlikely.
