This last one is my favorite – I wanted to show them a Vietnamese name, so I wrote Thao’s name on the board – “Bich Thao” – and I said “Who thinks they know how to say this?” And about 10 kids said “Bitch . . .” and a couple said what sounded like “Bitch Ho.” I cracked up.
