Crow Pose . . . Check

If I can make bets on meditation, I can brag about yoga poses.  I pulled off the crow pose in class tonight for the first time ever.  You basically squat down, put your knees on the backs of your arms, and then shift your weight forward onto your hands and balance like that.  I’m not saying it was pretty – but I was able to do it.  Twice!

I am loving yoga so much.  I am only going twice a week now, but I hope to increase that to at least three times a week when I get back here in January.

    Yikes. Impressive, but frightening. Did you do it in a speedo like that fine fellow above?

    @Melissa: No, unfortunately I’m not advanced enough to be wearing speedos yet. But give me some time!

    @Bart: What are you trying to do, man, bring down the wrath of M.C. Fried Egg on me?
